Intro to Financial Accounting

When I took my first Financial Accounting class at Tulane University in New Orleans, I was nervous because I did not know what to expect. I must admit that I thought Accounting was boring because my dad is an Accountant, and growing up his job never really seemed interesting (please don't tell him I said that)... But what I came to realize is that when I was younger I never fully understood what my dad did.

Accounting is not about crunching numbers all day in a corner where no one sees you, accounting is a language that all businesspeople must understand to communicate efficiently with one another. It does not matter if you want to go into the corporate world, or you want to be an entrepreneur, you must understand the basic principles of accounting if you want to succeed in business.

During my time at Tulane, I was fortunate to have amazing professors that helped me understand what it takes to not only succeed in the classroom as a student, but also guided me in the process of becoming a great tutor... With over 150 students tutored, I am confident that this full program is the best alternative for someone who wants to truly succeed in the classroom, but does not want to pay expensive fees for one time tutoring sessions.
